All sales are handled professionally and to the individual needs of the customer. We don't want to get into pages and pages of small print here so lets keep it simple.
Once your order has been processed through our web site it will generally be posted to you the next day by either special delivery or recorded delivery depending on the value of the package.
Highland Crystal Ltd acept full responsibility for it's safe delivery to you and should the crystal arrive with you in a condition you are unhappy with it can be returned for a full refund.
We will even compensate you for return postage costs and ask only that you return to us the original piece we sent you.
