Q1. What is Swarovski crystal?
A1. Swarovski crystal is a very high quality man made crystal that originates from Austria and has been owned by the same family for over 100 years.
Q2. Why are you cheaper than the shop price?
A2. We work from home with very low overheads and can pass a substantial saving onto the customer. The pieces you buy from us will be 100% identical to the ones you see in the High street.
Q3. How do I know I'm getting the genuine article?
A3. Your order will be delivered to you in the original Swarovski box with certificate. Also each piece will have the Swarovski swan mark etched on it.
Q4. How quick is delivery?
A4. Packages are normally posted to the customer the next working day by either special delivery or 1st class recorded delivery. For a limited period all postage/packaging costs will be met by Highland Crystal Ltd.
Q5. What if the figure arrives broken?
A5. Highland Crystal Ltd accept responsibility for your order right up to the time of delivery so as long as you return the original piece purchased we will refund/replace AND refund your return postage costs.
Q6. What are the payment options and how do I know it is safe?
A6. Payment can be made using your debit/credit card via our secure server. Paypal is the only option we currently accept and this has the advantage of you not having to disclose your credit card details to ourselves. We can also accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash so please contact us for details.
